Job Descriptions:

- Communicate with Solution Architects/technical teams in the preparation of technical documents

- Draft, edit, revise, and review technical documents

- Write narratives such as background or summary or others required for technical documents

- Draw topologies for the needs of technical document

- Ensure the quality of technical documents is maintained

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.25

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in technical documentation or related roles

- Strong ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation

- Able to develop clear and coherent narratives to fulfill documentation and compliance requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other office productivity tools

- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure is an advantage
