Kualifikasi Technical Writer:

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait.

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Technical Writer.

- Memahami proses bisnis, SDLC, dan pengembangan aplikasi.

- Berpengalaman menyusun BRD, FSD, TDD, SRS, MoM, dan User Manual.

- Menguasai UML dan tools dokumentasi seperti Draw.io, Confluence, dan Jira.

- Mampu berkolaborasi dengan BA/SA, Developer, dan stakeholder.

- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, teliti, adaptif, dan cepat mempelajari sistem baru.
