Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical writing or related role
Proven ability to create clear and well-structured product and application documentation
Familiar with Jira and Confluence as documentation and collaboration tools
Understanding of technical documentation such as ERD, FSD, BRD, and TSD
Nice to Have:
Experience working in software development or IT consulting environments
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
Familiarity with agile or scrum-based development processes
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for products and applications
Develop supporting documents including system, functional, and business documentation
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product updates
Manage and organize documentation using Jira and Confluence
