Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as system documentation, API documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and release notes.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure documentation is consistent, well-structured, and aligned with company standards.
Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
Maintain version control and documentation repositories.
Support documentation needs during development, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live phases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, databases, system architecture, and workflows.
Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Markdown, Git, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Basic understanding of programming or database queries.
