Job description for Technical Writer (Banking) at IYKRA

Requirements:

Mampu menulis dokumentasi teknis terkait data pipeline, ETL, SQL, dan database.
Familiar dengan konsep Data Governance, Data Security, dan Data Compliance di perbankan.
Menguasai BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) dan dasar pemrograman (Python, SQL) untuk memahami alur data.
Memahami standar dokumentasi seperti API documentation, data dictionary, dan user guide.

Job Description:

Membuat & mengelola dokumentasi teknis terkait data, sistem, dan proses bisnis perbankan.
Menulis panduan penggunaan & API documentation untuk tim internal dan eksternal.
Berkomunikasi dengan tim data & IT untuk memahami kebutuhan dokumentasi dan menjelaskan konsep teknis.
Memastikan kepatuhan dokumentasi terhadap regulasi perbankan dan standar keamanan data.
Meningkatkan kualitas dokumentasi dengan struktur yang lebih jelas, ringkas, dan mudah dipahami.
