Job description for Technical Support at PT Fajar Mas Murni
- Requirements:
- At least D3 / S1 graduate in Instrumentation, Electromedical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
- Experience in the field of technical services / maintenance of laboratory / medical equipment (at least 1 year)
- Have in-depth understanding of various types of laboratory and medical equipment
- Experience with medical equipment software, diagnostic tools, and test equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia if required
Responsibilities :
- Perform pre-installation, installation, and re-installation of laboratory / medical equipment to perform after-sales service including maintenance and repair of equipment at customers and workshops.
- Provide information and provide education about periodic maintenance of equipment, to customers related to equipment that is at the customer.
- Perform tool checks, feasibility tests and tool calibrations at customers.
- Ensure the service team provides the right and fast response in terms of customer complaints and after-sales service.
- Ensure that the technician team carries out routine maintenance schedules according to schedule
- Updating the latest information related to the development of methods related to the product
- Arrange service-agreements for customers who make repair requests
