Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience as a IT Support or Tehnical Support
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of network protocols, server management, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Job Description :
- Technical Support: Offer first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and related IT infrastructure.
- Installation and Configuration Set up and configure hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Security: Implement security protocols and monitor systems for threats.
- Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs and detailed documentation for IT systems, configurations, incidents, and procedures.
- Training: Assist in training staff on new technologies and software.
- Report to Human Resource and Digital Technology Manager
- Network Management: Manage network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls
