We are currently looking for a Technical Support IoT professional to join our team in Serpong, South Tangerang, Banten. This role is essential in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and technical support of IoT solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Support, IT Support, Network Engineer, or IoT Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts.
- Strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and IP Addressing).
- Able to install, configure, and troubleshoot IoT devices.
- Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiar with networking devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control, Face Recognition, or Smart Security systems is an advantage.
- Able to perform troubleshooting both onsite and remotely.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to travel for business trips as required.
- Candidates with software development skills will be preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES : - Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of IoT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical support to customers, both onsite and remotely.
- Monitor systems and ensure all systems are operating properly.
- Prepare installation, configuration, and work documentation reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers during implementation and technical issue resolution processes.
