Reporting to the CPQ Development Lead, this role supports the delivery and improvement of VENTORA's CPQ solutions and related business applications. You will resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and contribute hands-on technical work across coding, configuration, testing, and documentation. Practical experience with Python, React, and Node.js is expected, along with familiarity with GitHub, VS Code, and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential. A service-focused mindset and commitment to quality are key to success in this role.
What we are looking for:
- Min. S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Min. 1–2 years experience in technical support, IT operations, or software development
- Familiar with Python, React, GitHub, or similar tools
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Has interest in automation and AI tools
- Experience with CPQ, ERP, or Salesforce is a plus
- Familiar with Power BI or other automation tools is a plus
What you will be doing :
- Fix issues and deliver improvements to the CPQ system
- Write code, run tests, and troubleshoot problems
- Use Python and React to build fixes and small features
- Work in GitHub and VS Code, and use AI tools to work faster
- Talk to internal teams to understand what they need and keep them updated
- Write clear notes and documentation for your work
- Look for ways to improve how the team works
- Raise blockers or risks early
