Job description for Technical Support ISP at PT Qwords Company International
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Menangani dan memecahkan masalah teknis yang dialami pelanggan terkait layanan internet baik itu masalah koneksi, konfigurasi perangkat dan masalah teknis lainnya.
2. Memantau dan memelihara jaringan ISP.
3. Memberikan dukungan langsung kepada pelanggan.
4. Menangani masalah keamanan jaringan
5. Memastikan infrastruktur jaringan berfungsi optimal.
6. Melakukan instalasi dan aktivasi kepada pelanggan.
Kriteria
1. Lulusan min SMK jurusan TKJ
2. Berpengalaman bekerja di ISP.
3. Menguasai routing jaringan, Fiber Optik, Wireless, FTTH.
4. Memahami dasar-dasar routing seperti static routing, dynamic routing (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP).
5. Subnetting untuk merancang dan mengonfigurasi jaringan yang efisien dan optimal.
6. Mampu mengonfigurasi dan mengelola perangkat MikroTik menggunakan RouterOS, termasuk pengaturan interface, IP addressing, NAT (Network Address Translation), firewall, VPN, dan QoS (Quality of Service).
7. Usia maksimal 35 th.
8. Berdedikasi tinggi, loyalitas tinggi.
9. Siap bekerja shifting.
10. Siap bekerja dengan team.
11. Jujur, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.
