Job description for Technical Support Engineer at APTAVIS

Aptavis sedang mencari Technical Support yang handal dan sigap untuk menangani instalasi sistem ke klien sekaligus mendukung operasional IT internal perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance perangkat serta sistem IT di lokasi klien maupun internal perusahaan.

2. Memberikan dukungan teknis (hardware, software, dan jaringan) kepada karyawan internal dan klien.

3. Menangani troubleshooting secara cepat, baik on-site maupun remote.

4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kelancaran implementasi dan operasional sistem.

5. Menyusun laporan pekerjaan dan dokumentasi teknis instalasi serta aktivitas support.

6. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK TKJ / RPL / Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait.

2. Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai IT Support / Technical Support menjadi nilai tambah (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).

3. Menguasai sistem operasi Windows & Linux, dasar jaringan LAN/WAN, serta instalasi dan troubleshooting perangkat IT.

4. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, responsif, dan mampu berinteraksi dengan user internal maupun klien.

5. Siap bekerja lapangan, shift, dan perjalanan dinas.

6. Teliti, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
