Job description for Technical Support Engineer at Sinergi Solusi Integrasi
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineer Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and deliver technical solutions to meet the company’s and clients’ needs. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to systems or devices.
- Capable of using testing and calibration tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
- Understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud technology, IoT, or basic programming is an advantage.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
- Qualifications:
- Vocational High School or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess relevant technical skills).
- Proficient in basic troubleshooting concepts for hardware and software.
- Able to read and understand technical diagrams, manuals, or technical documentation.
- Familiar with electronic devices, computer networks, or control systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Willing to work on-site or travel for business trips when required.
- Holding relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, or others) is a plus.
