Job description for Technical Support Engineer at Tridaya Piranti Infranet

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan troubleshooting perangkat IT (hardware & software)

2. Memberikan support teknis ke client (onsite maupun remote)

3. Menangani permasalahan sistem dan jaringan

4. Melakukan maintenance rutin dan monitoring perangkat

5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan vendor terkait

6. Membuat laporan pekerjaan dan dokumentasi teknis

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau sejenis

2. Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Technical Support / IT Support

3. Memahami dasar jaringan (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)

4. Menguasai instalasi OS (Windows/Linux)

5. Familiar dengan perangkat hardware IT (PC, server, display, dll)

6. Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting yang baik

7. Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
