- Menyediakan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna internal dalam penyelesaian masalah perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, jaringan, dan aplikasi.
- Menganalisis masalah yang dilaporkan oleh pengguna, mendiagnosis akar penyebabnya, dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efisien.
- Menginstal, mengkonfigurasi, dan memelihara perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras yang diperlukan.
- Mengelola dan memantau sistem jaringan, server, dan perangkat keras untuk memastikan kinerjanya optimal.
- Melakukan pemantauan rutin dan pemeliharaan sistem, serta pembaruan perangkat lunak dan sistem keamanan.
- Bersedia bekerja secara shifting
