Requirements :

• Male, max 27 years old
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in technical support
• Proficiency in networking concepts (LAN/WAN), hardware systems, and operating systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with biometric technologies (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) is a plus.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling technical issues.
• Available for working shift

JOBDESK :

• Install, configure, and maintain autogate systems, including hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support both onsite and remotely to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine system inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with other departments to improve system performance and resolve escalated issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, maintenance activities, and solutions.
• Provide training to end-users on system usage and best practices.
