Job description for Technical Support – Commercial Display at Hisense Indonesia
Job Description
- Key person for technical issue in after sales service for commercial display product (consist of but not limited to video wall, monitor signage, hotel TV, all-in-one LED, etc.)
- Actively communicate with Headquarter team to keep update for any technical issue
- Create and execute clear Training management based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for Service Provider
- Technical assistance for some hard repair or critical job
- Cooperate with Sales team to maintain well maintained business pipeline
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years’ experience in after sales service for commercial display
- Proven track record on manages technical issue for commercial display
- Deep knowledge on commercial display business
- Creative with highly self-motivated
- Highly self-motivated and team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
