Job description for Technical Services Manager at Selaras International Global

Role Utama:

Technical Leader + People Manager + Quality Controller

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Otomotif / sederajat (pengalaman relevan dapat menjadi pengganti pendidikan formal)
  2. Pengalaman minimal 3-5 Tahun di bidang bengkel/otomotif
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun memimpin tim mekanik
  4. Menguasai advanced troubleshooting
  5. Mampu melakukan final diagnosis untuk kasus kerusakan kompleks
  6. Memahami alur kerja bengkel dari:
  • Receiving
  • Diagnosis
  • Repair
  • Quality Control (QC)
  • Delivery


Mampu mengatur:

  • Job allocation
  • Manpower
  • Workload
  • Prioritas pekerjaan

• Mampu melakukan quality control sebelum kendaraan diserahkan ke customer

• Mampu membuat laporan teknis dan evaluasi kerja tim

• Memahami kontrol tools & sparepart

• Mampu meminimalkan human error serta mencegah fraud internal
