Job Descriptions
- Conduct direct sales to farmers (B2F) for feed additive, premix, or animal health products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers (broiler/layer), farmer groups, and local feed shops.
- Perform routine farm visits to support customers and offer field-based solutions.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts based on market trends and customer pipeline.
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of poultry farming and feed management (broiler/layer).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales of feed, additives, or animal health products (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Willingness to travel and work in the field frequently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Driver car licenses are required.
