Job Description & Responsibilities:
Provide response to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
Conduct and manage Proofs of Concept (PoC) activity
Work with Sales Personnel to provide product and technical solution which met to customer needs
Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the technology including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc
Understand and capture customer’s business and technical requirements
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
Candidate must have minimum 3 (three) years experiences in related position
Candidate must have good communication skill, presentation skill and interpersonal relationship building skills
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP based services, Routing Protocols, Security, etc
Fluently in English actively
Having post sales experience is a plus
Having IT Certification (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba, Huawei, etc) is a plus
Having relevant security certification is a plus
Ability to understand business processes, business problems and have strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
