Job description for Technical Sales Engineer at PT AUROMEX CHEMI INDONESIA
Auromex Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of total solution services for the surface finishing industry in Thailand and across the ASEAN region.
The company’s roots lie in the supply of chemicals and equipment for the plating industry. Auromex has expanded to provide a wide-range of complementary services that together create a ‘total solutions’ for our clients. These additional services range from pre-sales advice on products and systems design through to comprehensive after sales services, including laboratory and technical support.
Our vision is to help clients with all aspects of their surface finishing systems, helping them to implement new product lines rapidly which improving quality and lowering costs.
The effect of these services can reduce the time to implement a new product from several years down to a few months or even weeks.

Our company is growing and we are looking for 1 more candidate Technical Sales Engineer.
Job Scope & Responsibilities :
• Pursuing profitable results with the customer’s accounts that are being assigned.
• Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to domestic sales and services.
• Attending to customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining, and increasing sales amounts of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
• Perform technical service to support customers’ inquiries.
• Initiating and following up new opportunities, including supporting sales team to close sales opportunities.
• Providing advice and guidance to market research, marketing strategy implementation and executing marketing communication activities.
• Cherishing good relationship with customers and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
• Performing the other tasks as per assigned.
Qualifications: -
• Male, native speaker of Indonesia, aged between 25-35 years old
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical, Industrial Chemical, or other related fields.
• Prefer 1-3 years of experience in Surface Finishing Industry/Electroplating (Zinc plating/Nickel plating/Plating on Plastics/Electroless Nickel is required
• Good command in English language.
• Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills.
• Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
• Have experience in working with diverse audiences.
• Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.
• Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
• Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams
• Having car driving license (SIM A) is require
