Technical Sales Consultant
About the Role:
Agile Technica is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their challenges, propose suitable digital solutions, and collaborate with our internal delivery team to ensure successful project execution.
This position is ideal for candidates with one to three years of experience in project-based environments, IT consulting, software development, business analysis, project management, or technical sales who enjoy communicating with clients and turning opportunities into successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
Understand client business requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations together with the internal team.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Product Teams to ensure solution feasibility.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of opportunities and client communications.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contract terms with prospective clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in project-based environments such as Software House, IT Consulting, Technology Services, Digital Agency, or System Integrator.
Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, Account Management, or Technical Sales is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand business processes and discuss technical solutions with clients.
Confident, proactive, and comfortable meeting new people.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate professionally in English.
