Job description for Technical Recruiter at Pensieve
As a Recruiter must take the time to research first about recruitment sources, type of work,skills needed, and be ready to compete for the best talent with other companies. Then have the instinct to find a match between the organization and the candidate, so that it can make a connection between demands, needs and competencies. We are growing rapidly and we need you as Recruiter to bring our vision and mission to life, but before you apply, bear in mind that there is no typical day at Pensieve.
You can expect to:
- Becoming the point of contact that conduct end to end process of Talent Acquisition to fulfill all vacancies in the Technology and Product Data Department
- Perform end to end recruitment process
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop job descriptions and specifications
- Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements
Specific to this role:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field
- Strong background and passion about recruitment
- Have at least proven 2 years of experience as a recruiter in IT industry
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
