Technical Project Manager, job responsibilities include the following:
1. Project Planning: Planning every aspect of the project, including schedule, budget, resources, and associated risks.
2. Team Management: Manage the project team, including recruiting, task assignment, and ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities.
3. Communication: Maintain good communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
4. Risk Control: Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with the project, and take preventative action if necessary.
5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, evaluate achievement against project goals, and identify and resolve obstacles that may arise.
7. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project stays within the established budget.
8. Change Management: Managing changes in a project's scope, schedule, or budget by ensuring that they are properly planned, evaluated, and implemented.
9. Product Delivery: Ensuring that the products or services produced comply with established specifications and standards.
10. Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons to be learned and improve future project management processes.
