Job description for Technical Project Manager (Project Based) at GITS Indonesia

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically managing the end-to-end SDLC.
Good understanding of coding principles and system architecture to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and align stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency in JIRA (highly preferred), MS Project, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a focus on risk management and change management.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
