Job Responsibilities
1. Program management: prepare project schedules, define key milestones, track and report progress, and resolve blockers.
2. Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
3. Plan and prioritize quarterly roadmaps.
4. Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
5. Continuously look for ways to help teams and the organization improve how they deliver products.
Job Requirements
1. Background in project delivery or technical leadership with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with at least 4 years of experience.
2. Previous experience in financial services, especially in large transformation programs involving multiple vendors and regulatory jurisdictions, is preferred.
3. Understanding of Agile methodologies is desirable but not mandatory; what matters more is a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond defined job descriptions.
4. Effective communication skills to manage communication with management and cross-functional teams, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where autonomy and independent decision-making are required, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
6. Experience in product delivery is advantageous but not required.
