Job description for Technical Marketing Engineer at HALIA TEKNOLOGI NUSANTARA

At Haliatech, we believe that great technology deserves a great story, we are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer to be the creative brain behind our product and technical solution for Test and Measurement applications.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain physical and virtual demonstration units using Haliatech’s core technologies (National Instruments/Emerson) to showcase real-world applications.
- Manage technical content creation, act as an author, and support Applications Engineer in delivering high‑quality technical assets, including white papers, application notes, and “how‑to” guides.
- Manage webinars and seminars, and serve as the technical lead and speaker for online and offline events by delivering live product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with Applications Engineer, Internal Sales, and Field Sales Engineer to create technical videos, unboxing sequences, and digital brochures, ensuring technical accuracy across all marketing materials
- Work with partners to create and produce Technical Battlecards and comparison sheets to help the Sales Department understand and communicate Haliatech’s competitive advantages.
- Provide local and regional industrial roadmap and trend analysis to develop business activities aligned with future market demands.
- Perform competitive analysis of competitor products for the Sales team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Strong hands-on experience with Test & Measurement hardware (e.g., Oscilloscope, Function Generator, DMM) and software (e.g., LabVIEW, Python)
- Familiarity with industrial standards and the current technological landscape in Indonesia (manufacturing, research or academia).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a strong professional command of written and spoken English for principal-level communication.
- Disciplined approach to managing multiple content deadlines and event preparations simultaneously.
