ROLE DESCRIPTION

Lead maintenance & technical team operations
Ensure performance & reliability of European thermoforming machinery
Manage tooling, spare parts, and plant utilities
Oversee machine installation projects & layout improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Male, 35–45 years old
S1 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (D3 with strong experience considered)
Min. 7 years in technical/maintenance manufacturing
Experienced with European machinery; thermoforming background is a must
Active English — mandatory
Strong people manager
