Job description for Technical Lead at Konnco Studio
Konnco Studio is looking for a Technical Lead to guide our development team, review code and business processes, and make sure what we build actually works the way it should. You'll split your time between hands on development and mentoring the team.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor the fullstack development team on day to day technical work
- Review scripts, code, and business processes to keep quality and consistency across projects
- Communicate directly with both the production team and management to align technical decisions with business needs
- Contribute hands on to development when needed, not just oversee
- Help plan technical approach and problem solve with strong logical thinking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development (Indonesian Citizen)
- Proficient in PHP and Laravel
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and general database concepts
- Strong logic and good understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and design patterns
- Comfortable reviewing scripts and business processes
- Good communication skills, able to work with both production and management teams
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment
- Willing to work onsite full time in Yogyakarta (WFO)
