Yourpay is a digital payment and a super mobile application whose mission is to empower and boost financial inclusion and literacy of Indonesian migrant workers overseas and their families at home.
Position Summary
As a Technical Lead at Yourpay, you will play a key role in guiding the technical direction and execution of our projects. You will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and technologies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects and products.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in software development, with 3 years of experience in a leadership or technical leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in system design and architecture, with the ability to architect and design complex software systems.
- Solid understanding of core fundamentals in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript, or Golang).
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers, guiding them in the design and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.
