Qualifications :
- English is a must.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a technical service technician.
- Familiar with at least one of the following equipment: Flexible Packaging Machine, Packaging Machine, Auxiliary Equipment, Filling Machine and Industrial Laboratory Instruments.
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering.
- Understanding of electricity.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suites).
- Good communication (English/Mandarin, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Comply with Occupational Safety & Environmental (OHSE) policies and other internal policies, as well as government regulations.
- Participate in technical training, and study technical documentation provided by the company and/or Client.
- Create professional service reports containing problem descriptions, actions taken, root cause analysis, recommendations and other important information.
- Perform service work at customer sites such as installation, operation and maintenance training, technical inspections, repairs and troubleshooting, replacement of spare parts, preventive maintenance, calibration, etc.
- Communicate customer complaints (technical and non-technical) to his/her superior.
- Conduct cost saving initiatives.
