Job description for Technical Consultant at PT Vapro Training Indonesia
As a technical consultant, you will be responsible to:
- contribute to the HR development and training programs in the companies
- contribute in developing learning materials and assessment tools
- contribute to train the trainer programs in companies and schools
- compare curricula of middle and higher vocational schools with Dutch curricula
- contribute in a pro-active way in the business development and sales for the products and services of VAPRO
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum graduated as a Bachelor (S1) in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineer
- Demonstrates pro-activity, flexibility, intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable to communicate in English both in speech and writing
- Has an interest in technological and educational matters, and possess a hands-on mentality
- Preferably with minimum 2 (two) years working experience in the consultancy or technical field, human resource, or sales/marketing/business development. However, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
You will be based at the head office of PT VAPRO Training Indonesia in Jakarta but have to regularly travel all around Indonesia. Working from home is sometimes a possibility.
The starting salary is depending on the qualification and working experience, but minimum IDR 6 Million Rupiah nett per month, excluding expenses like costs for travel and stay outside Jakarta.
