Job description for Technical Admin at PT Megaroyal IT Comindo

Qualifications:

  1. Min. Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
  2. Min. 2 years of experience as a Technical Admin, Project Control, or Site Admin in ME (Mechanical Electrical), Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
  3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Tracking Dashboards).
  4. Deep understanding of project workflows from logistics, fabrication, and installation to testing & commissioning. Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD) is a plus.
  5. Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, meticulous, with strong, proactive communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and update comprehensive daily/weekly tracking reports covering the entire project workflow end-to-end.
  2. Project Workflow Monitoring
  3. Record material movements (stock in-out) and reconcile field availability against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  4. Proactively identify potential field bottlenecks and report them to the Project Manager.
  5. Manage project documentation (daily/weekly reports, QC checklists, Acceptance Certificates/BAST, and billing data preparation).
