TECHNIC & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

📍 Bondowoso, East Java

🏭 Client, Tobacco Industry

PT ADI Perdana Nusantara (ADIPNS) is currently looking for an experienced Technic & Maintenance Manager for our client, a leading company in the tobacco industry, based in Bondowoso, East Java.

This role will be responsible for leading the overall Engineering & Maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, facility performance, and EHS compliance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs

• Ensure reliability and efficiency of production machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities

• Lead engineering improvement, installation, commissioning, and modification projects

• Manage engineering assets, spare parts, and maintenance planning

• Oversee utility systems including electrical, water supply, compressor, generator, HVAC, fire protection, and wastewater treatment

• Drive OEE improvement, downtime reduction, RCA, and Lean Maintenance initiatives

• Prepare and control engineering & maintenance budgets

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Engineering & Maintenance team

• Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and environmental standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Min. 5 years

• Strong experience in Engineering & Maintenance Management

• Experience in manufacturing, agro-industry, plantation, tobacco processing, FMCG, or similar industries

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering

• Experienced in maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and engineering projects

• Strong understanding of OEE, RCA, preventive/predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement

• Experience in utilities and facility management is highly preferred

• EHS certification/experience will be an advantage

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Strong leadership, proactive, structured, hands on, reliable, and team oriented
