Job description for Tech Support at Fresh Factory
Fresh Factory is looking for a Tech Support to support our day-to-day technology and IT operations.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and other IT equipment.
* Assist with user account, access, and device management.
* Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory.
* Coordinate with external vendors or IT partners when required.
* Maintain documentation of IT issues, solutions, and assets.
* Support other IT-related activities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or similar role.
* Good understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
* Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Service-oriented, responsive, and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Willing to work WFO in South Jakarta.
