About the Role
We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who loves the hunt, someone who doesn't just wait for applications to roll in, but actively goes out and finds great IT talent. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for our tech hiring needs, from sourcing to offering, and play a key role in connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Actively source candidates across multiple platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities, and beyond) — not just posting and waiting
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to keep a strong, active candidate pipeline
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews for IT positions
- Lead simple technical screening tests as part of the early assessment process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and maintain clear communication throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database, following up with past candidates when new opportunities arise
- Prepare and standardize candidate CVs for submission
- Support the offering process, including drafting offer letters and assisting with negotiation (alongside the Hiring Manager)
- Provide onboarding support for new hires
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Psychology or Management); a strong interest in the tech/IT industry is a big plus
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally with exposure to hiring for IT roles
- Familiarity with basic IT/tech terminology (frontend, backend, cloud, agile, etc.), you don't need to code, but you should be comfortable learning the details on the job
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a genuine interest in building relationships with people
- Ability to multitask and stay adaptable in a fast-moving environment, comfortable juggling multiple open positions
- Comfortable using AI tools to support daily productivity (basic prompting skills are enough)
- A plus: experience conducting interviews in English
- Willing to work hybrid and based in (or willing to relocate to) Yogyakarta
