Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Operations Support (TOS) Officer who is dedicated to maintaining the stability of the company's technical operations. This position is responsible as the primary supervisor (PIC) in the office shifting system to ensure quick response to technical issues and support overall infrastructure maintenance activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- 24/7 Operation: Acts as the primary PIC in the shifting work system to monitor the system and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
- Maintenance & Implementation: Supporting the TOS Specialist team in the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)
- Ticketing Management: Manage the reporting of issues through the ticketing system and communicate basic technical solutions to users/clients.
- Development Support: Assist with internal development using the Low-code/No-code (Creatio) platform.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in the formatting of technical proposals, project reports, PMCM reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree majoring in Information System, Information Engineering or relevan major
- Have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware maintenance.
- Have a experience in using OS Linux.
- Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.
- Have high discipline, meticulous, and able to work under the pressure of shifting schedules.
- Having basic skills in technical writing is an added value.
- Intermediate English skills and familiarity with using AI technology (Chat GPT/Claude/Gemini) are highly preferred.
- Have a knowledge about application such as AWS/Creatio/Tableau/Dataiku/Snowflake etc
- Willingness to on-site is highly preferred.
