TANGGUNG JAWAB

Bertanggung jawab memimpin tim Engineering dalam pengembangan produk dan sistem, menentukan technical direction, system architecture, technology stack, serta engineering best practices untuk memastikan sistem scalable, reliable, secure, performant, dan maintainable.

Berkolaborasi dengan Product, Business, dan DevOps/ Infrastructure dalam technical planning, code review, troubleshooting, deployment, dan performance optimization. Memberikan technical mentoring, mengelola technical debt, serta mendorong continuous improvement dan adopsi teknologi yang relevan.

KUALIFIKASI

Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Software Engineering, dengan pengalaman sebagai Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, atau posisi yang relevan.
Memiliki pengalaman memimpin secara teknis dan memberikan arahan kepada tim engineering.
Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai Software Architecture, System Design, dan Design Patterns.
Menguasai setidanya satu bahasa pemrograman utama dan memiliki pengalaman hands-on dalam software development.
Memahami API, Microservices, Database, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/ CD, dan Containerization.
Memahami Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) dan engineering best practices.
Memiliki pengalaman melakukan code review, technical planning, troubleshooting, dan performance optimization.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan analytical thinking yang kuat.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, mentoring, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi yang baik.
Mampu mengambil keputusan teknis dan bertanggung jawab terhadap technical outcomes.
