Tech Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Tech Development Manager with a strong background in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency technologies. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of talented developers to build secure, scalable, and innovative decentralized applications and blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end development of Web3 and blockchain projects.
• Guide a team of engineers working on smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to define and implement technical requirements aligned with Web3 innovations.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across all crypto-related development initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of blockchain development best practices, including smart contract security, gas optimization, and on-chain/off-chain data handling.
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical workshops to upskill the development team.
• Evaluate and integrate with various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche).
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space, and identify opportunities to leverage them.
• Manage timelines, resources, and development milestones across multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years managing engineering teams.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Web3, smart contracts, or blockchain-related projects.
• Proven success in delivering crypto or blockchain products to market.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, EVM, Solidity, Web3.js, ethers.js).
• Familiarity with Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, NFTs, wallets, and tokenomics.
• Experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, or Go) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue).
• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, wallet integrations, and blockchain security best practices.
• Knowledge of smart contract auditing, gas optimization, and governance frameworks (e.g., DAOs).
