Job description for Team Reservation at Balinest Villas
Reservation Team Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing guest bookings through WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, or phone calls
- Updating and managing reservation data in the system
- Checking room/villa availability and rates
- Responding to guest inquiries regarding villas, facilities, prices, and policies
- Following up on payments and booking confirmations
- Coordinating with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams regarding check-in and check-out schedules
- Handling booking changes, cancellations, and special guest requests
- Preparing daily or monthly reservation reports
- Maintaining good communication with guests and travel agents/OTA partners
- Assisting in increasing occupancy and villa sales
Requirements for Reservation Team:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills and customer service attitude
- Basic to intermediate English skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined
- Experience in hotel, villa, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Willing to work with shift schedules
- Based in Bali
