We are looking for a proactive and organized Management Staff to daily livestream operations, coordinate with hosts and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of livestream activities while achieving performance targets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate daily livestream schedules and operations.
2. Monitor livestream performance and provide operational support to hosts.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure livestream campaigns run smoothly.
4. Prepare reports and analyze livestream performance for continuous improvement.
5. Assist in planning livestream strategies and operational workflows.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
2. Experience in Leadership Skill
3. Fluent in English
4. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
