Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager & Team Leader , you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the overall operations of the branch.
* Managing and supervising daily branch operations and staff activities.
* Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
* Ensuring sales targets and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
* Developing and implementing strategic marketing and business development plans.
* Monitoring branch performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Preparing operational, sales, and administrative reports to support management decision-making.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Minimum of **2 years of relevant working experience** in a managerial or leadership role.
* Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations is an advantage.
* **Good command of English or Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.**
