Requirements:
Experienced as call center / Telesales / Telemarketing minimum of 3 years, preferably from Healthcare Industry.
Experienced in handling team/team management minimum of 3 years.
Target oriented.
Experienced in handling team ± 20 people.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and fast learner.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
English proficiency: verbal and written
Willing to work on shift, including on weekends and public holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Following and supervise company standard operation procedure.
Manage and analyze performance of the Telesales Agent and ensure they consistently achieve their target.
Coaching, encourage and motivate Telesales Agent.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on team performance.
Organize and manage telesales agent operational capacity planning (shifts process, attendance)
Excellent monitoring call time, call quality, and revenue targets.
Good using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willing to work overtime to achieve company target.
Bersedia melakukan training selama 3 bulan di kantor pusat (Tanah Abang II, Jakarta Pusat).
