Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 semua jurusan, namun diutamakan lulusan Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, atau rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan
Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Medical Representative senior atau posisi supervisor serupa di industri farmasi
Kemampuan Kepemimpinan (Leadership): Wajib memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk membimbing, memotivasi, dan mengelola konflik di dalam tim
Penguasaan Data & Komputer: Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel untuk menganalisis data penjualan, tren pasar, dan laporan performa tim
Mobilitas Tinggi: Memiliki kemampuan menyetir dan memiliki SIM A (aktif) serta SIM C karena harus sering melakukan supervisi lapangan (joint visit)
Karakter Pribadi: Jujur, percaya diri, memiliki integritas tinggi, dan menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
