Job Desc :

  • Melakukan distribusi dan assignment data kepada Agent
  • Monitoring serta evaluasi performa Agent secara berkala
  • Membuat laporan performa bulanan dan laporan adhoc untuk internal/client
  • Mengembangkan tim, melakukan briefing harian, dan memastikan proses administrasi berjalan baik
  • Menjalankan serta menerapkan Manual Process sesuai kebutuhan operasional

Requirement :

  1. Minimal D3 dan memiliki pengalaman di posisi terkait
  2. Pengalaman KYC/KYB menjadi nilai tambah
  3. Mampu bekerja shifting, individu maupun dalam tim
  4. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik
  5. Menguasai MS Office, G-Sheet, dan formula dasar Excel
