Kualifikasi

- menimal berpegalama sebagai Team Leader 6bln
- mengolah tim penagihan kepada debitur melalui kontak telephone, WA & media sytem lainnya
- melakukan rekaputulasi/report berkala atas rekening kredit dibawah naungan utk menghitung metrik penagihan
- memastikan KPI tim sesuai dgn target
- memastikan seluruh tim bekerja sesuai SOP yang berlaku
- bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian tim

- melaukan investigasi & menindaklanjuti informasi & permintaan debitur jika diperluhkan
- memiliki kemampuan MS Office dan WPS khususnya excel (pivot, vlookup), google sheet
