Job description for Team Leader Collection Recovery at PT Indium Dinamika Solusindo

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

· Menyusun strategi call collection agar sesuai prosedur yang berlaku untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan

· Melakukan kontrol dan monitoring secara harian untuk kegiatan dan pencapaian tim

· Membuat report pencapaian & produktifitas

· Melakukan monitoring kinerja, target anggota tim

· Membantu dalam melakukan penagihan jika dibutuhkan

· Memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang bersangkutan dengan nasabah

· Memastikan anggota tim bekerja sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku

· Membuat strategi penagihan yang efektif

Kualifikasi:

- Pria/Wanita umur 25 - 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal D3 sederajat

- Pengalaman sebagai Team Leader, Supervisor (dibidang collection) minimal 2 tahun

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target

- Terbiasa bekerja dibawah tekanan
