Job description for Team Concierge at Balinest Villas
CONCIERGE TEAM (WORK FROM HOME)
BASED IN BALI
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Assist guests with additional services, including:
1. Floating Breakfast
2. Airport Transfer
3. Motorbike & Car Rental
4. In-Villa Massage
5. Tour & Activities
6. Decorations
7. Private Chef
8. Laundry Service
9. Other special requests
- Coordinate guest requests with the on-site operations team via WhatsApp.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Support check-in/check-out communication and provide local recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and service arrangements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work remotely while maintaining active communication with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Fast response and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Email, and OTA platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
