Job description for Teaching Media & Innovation Support Officer at Swiss German University
Job Requirements:
- Support the production of digital teaching media (e.g., video, animation, games, multimedia content).
- Maintain and update web content on institutional websites and digital platforms.
- Organize and support training, workshops, and academic development events, including logistics and administration.
- Provide general administrative support for Academic Development Center (scheduling, documentation, reporting).
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (faculty, IT, multimedia) and external partners (vendors, trainers).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in media production or academic support roles (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English.
- Basic proficiency in video editing, graphic design, or game development tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
