Job description for Teacher Preschool - PIK 2 at Circle Time!
We are hiring for Lead Teachers Roles for our Preschool and Daycare programs in PIK 2 to support the learning of children from 1- 6 yo. As part of the teaching team at Circle Time, you will lead classroom learning experiences that nurture children’s growth in a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Family Studies, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early years education setting.
- Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written communication).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children’s physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate progress and updates regularly with parents.
- Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to ensure smooth daily routines.
- Demonstrates proficiency in phonics-based reading (Phonics technique) and is able to effectively apply it in teaching to support children’s early literacy development.
