Tea Barista/Store Crew (Trainee)
We are looking for a Store Crew Trainee who is enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic to join our team to be prepared to become a Tea Barista
📍 Location: AEON Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a tea-based beverage concept
- Young, friendly, talented, and energetic personality is a must
- Willing to work in shifts and flexible on public holidays
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Well-groomed and able to represent the brand properly
What you'll do:
- Prepare and serve tea-based beverages according to Gong Cha’s standards and recipes
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store at all times
- Assist with stock management, inventory, and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
